Hello Mathy™ is made by a small family team, and we read every message.
Write to us at hello@hellomathy.com. We usually answer within 2 business days. If you can, include the email you signed in with and which device you use. Please don't send your child's full name.
Quick answers
How does the free trial work?
Every family gets 3 days of everything, free, with no card. When it ends, a grown-up picks a plan in the app. Nothing is charged unless you choose one.
How do I cancel my plan?
If you subscribed on the website: open Hello Mathy, go to Grown-ups: manage players → Manage subscription, and cancel there. Or email us and we'll cancel it for you.
If you subscribed on iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Hello Mathy → Cancel. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
Either way, your plan keeps working until the end of the time you've paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Website plans: if you were charged and didn't mean to be, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it. See the terms for the details.
App Store plans: Apple handles App Store payments and refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose Hello Mathy.
I bought a plan on another device. How do I get it back?
Sign in with the same grown-up account. A website plan follows your account to every device. For an App Store plan, open Grown-ups → Plans → Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account.
My school gave us a code.
Open Grown-ups → "Have a school code?" and type it in. Each code works once, for one family, and lasts a year from the day you use it. If it doesn't work, write to us with the code and your school's name.
How do I add more kids?
Single Learner has room for 1 player; Family and Founding Family have room for 10. You can move up to Family any time under Grown-ups → Plans.
Progress isn't showing on another device.
Sign in with the same account on both, and connect to the internet once. Hello Mathy keeps playing offline and catches up when it's back online.
How do I delete a player or my account?
Grown-ups → manage players → tap the player → Delete player. To delete everything: Grown-ups → manage players → Delete account. Remember to cancel your plan too (see above).
What do you keep about my child?
A first name or nickname, grade, chosen character, and game progress. No ads and no tracking. Read the full privacy policy and terms.
