Terms

The simple rules.

Last updated October 16, 2026

By using Mathy you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Using Mathy

Mathy is free during early access, for families, and for teachers with their classes. Please don't try to break it, get into someone else's family, or copy it to run as your own.

Accounts

Accounts are for grown-ups (parents, guardians, and teachers), who sign in with Google and are responsible for the players they make. Signing in on a device gives it your family's players, so sign out on devices you don't want them on.

Your stuff

Your players and their progress are yours. We keep them only to run the game, as described in the privacy policy.

No guarantees

Mathy is a small project made with care, provided as it is. We'll do our best to keep it running and keep your progress safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or never lose anything, and we may change or stop features.

Changes and questions

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions: phillipchan1@gmail.com.
